Marketplace Terms
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Marketplace role
Mchils Property provides property discovery, listing, matching, communication, verification workflow, and related marketplace tools. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, Mchils Property is not the property owner, seller, landlord, lender, broker of record, or legal adviser.
Listings
Users must submit accurate, lawful information and must have authority to advertise or represent the property. False, duplicated, misleading, stale, infringing, or unauthorized content may be restricted or removed.
Market Information
Pages labeled Market Information are informational records and are not confirmed offers for sale or rent. Availability, ownership and contact details must be verified before being treated as active inventory.
Verification
Verification labels indicate the specific checks performed. They are not a guarantee of title, condition, price, investment return, financing, legal eligibility, or transaction completion.
Buyer requirements
Buyer requirements may be matched with relevant owners, agents, agencies or developers. Buyer contact information remains controlled by the buyer unless the buyer explicitly shares it.
Rewards and promotions
Points, listing boosts and promotional benefits are platform benefits, not cash, stored value, or a guaranteed financial entitlement unless separately stated.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, PINs and registered devices and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
Commercial plans
Paid subscriptions, lead credits, featured placements and transaction-related services will be governed by the pricing and commercial terms displayed when purchased.
Local law
Users are responsible for complying with applicable property, advertising, brokerage, ownership, licensing, tax and consumer rules in their jurisdiction.
These launch terms require jurisdiction-specific legal review before high-volume paid acquisition or charging users in each country.
