What we collect

When you use Mchils Property, we may receive account details you provide, property and buyer-requirement information, enquiries, security and authentication data, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Optional analytics

With your choice, our first-party analytics record page visits and campaign attribution such as UTM source, campaign, and conversion events. You can choose “Essential only” and still use the core marketplace.

Buyer contact privacy

Buyer phone details are not automatically disclosed to property professionals. A buyer can explicitly choose to share contact information with a responding professional.

Property information

Market Information is distinguished from owner-, agent-, or developer-submitted inventory. Verification badges describe checks actually completed by the platform and do not guarantee legal title or transaction outcome.

Security

Private workspaces support passkeys/Face ID where available and a PIN fallback. We use encrypted HTTPS transport and access controls for private data.

Retention and requests

We retain information for marketplace operations, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, and service improvement. Users may contact Mchils Property to request access, correction, or account-related support. Country-specific privacy language and legal review will be updated as the service expands.
